Amsterdam is a fairytale of canals and bridges. I made this drawing as the last tourboat sailed along the Prinsengracht during the pandemic. 
The city was never so quiet. I loved capturing the vibrance of life in the trees, buildings and rippling water despite the lack of tourists and people racing along the streets. Amsterdam is a city that feels like it's always moving. Even with (what felt like) no-one in it it’s always so bloomin’ ALIVE.
